The
Management Board consists of from twelve to twenty-four
members, depending on the directives of the General
Assembly.
The Board elects the Assinform President and up to
four Vice-Presidents. It remains in office for two
years and its members may be re-elected to the same
office once only.
The Management Board decides and co-ordinates the
Association's activities, authorises the admission
of new members, and appoints a Director, a Secretary
and Association Representatives responsible for relations
with other Institutions and Organisations.
